Our sales team is continuously trained in order to be able to offer our customers at the telephone and locally the best service as well as comprehensive and accurate consultation. Inquiries are answered mostly immediately, at least however still on the day of their arrival, or the requestor receives a recall or email in order to clarify the urgency and the necessary technical specification.

Delivery times
An extensive warehouse makes it for us possible to bring commodity which does not have to be manufactured relating to orders to the distribution within a few days, sometimes immediately. If it is necessary to take account customer based requirements then we need under normal conditions two to three weeks up to distribution. Our sales team is however at any time gladly ready to grant to user urgencies highest priority and makes sometimes also impossible things possible. In very rare cases in the event of delay in delivery we do not leave our customers uninformed but rather notify in advance and create solutions.

Pricing
The basis of the pricing for our products is fair and slim calculated. The prices indicated in our price list are net prices, they do not include packing, insurance and delivery costs and apply for single units only. Of course we are ready to pass cost advantages to our customers which we can gain due to orders of significant number of items in form of quantity discounts. However we are unable to grant overall customized price deductions.
